Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. This means the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or marks
  • In original condition with tags attached when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify for a partial refund only.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and sale policy reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final Sale items
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and underwear
  • Jewelry, hair accessories, hats, and other accessories
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us first at:

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you the correct return instructions.

Please note:
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
The address listed on our website is not a return address.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. PETALDOLLY is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing or shipped and may no longer be canceled.
